Structured Support After Treatment

Elements Behavioral Health family of treatment centers offers aftercare programs that provide the support and structure clients need to ease back into everyday life while maintaining sobriety. We help clients stay on track, monitor their progress and quickly get back into treatment if they slip in recovery.

If clients have transitioned into a sober-living environment after treatment, our staff stays in close contact with their care providers so that we are all on the same page with the client ‘s progress, attendance, and participation in meetings and recovery-oriented activities. This ongoing relationship helps us support clients in whatever way they need.

Aftercare is an opportunity to check in with clients about their recovery journey. It includes:

• Continued structure and support after treatment
• A chance to share with the rest of the group about progress as well as any struggles clients are facing along the way
• An opportunity for other group members to encourage clients or provide support in areas in which a client is struggling
• A strong family component
• Drug screenings

Easing back into life after treatment isn’t always smooth without a support network and ongoing care. Clients may miss the structure, pace and personalized attention they enjoyed during treatment.
